1. Program Description

Pulse is an SMS/MMS messaging program operated by SmallHaus ("we," "us," "our") that delivers recurring automated marketing messages, updates, promotions, and/or informational content to subscribers via text message.

By opting in, you consent to receive these messages to the phone number you provided at the time of sign-up.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to Pulse by:

• Texting a designated keyword to our shortcode or long code number.
• Submitting your phone number through our website or other opt-in forms.
• Any other method expressly described at the point of sign-up.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are 13 years of age or older.

3. Message Frequency & Content

Messages may include promotions, offers, product updates, event reminders, and other content related to SmallHaus and the Pulse program. We reserve the right to change the frequency and nature of messages at any time.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel your subscription to Pulse at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Other supported opt-out keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.

6. Charges & Carrier Disclaimer

SmallHaus does not charge for participation in Pulse. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Supported Carriers

Pulse is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Availability may vary.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Pulse to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any subscriber from the program for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmallHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to receive Pulse messages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in Pulse after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
