5. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and opt-in records for as long as you are subscribed to our messaging program, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us directly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no transmission over SMS or the internet is 100% secure. By using Pulse, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

7. Children's Privacy

Pulse is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pulse after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
